Two-level warehouse platform with integrated lift

Aramis, a world-renowned Ukrainian manufacturer of industrial equipment, contacted us with the task of optimizing production and warehouse processes. The company needed to organize efficient storage and picking of products. In accordance with the client's needs and processes, we offered a comprehensive solution: a two-level warehouse platform with an integrated lift.

The platform is designed to store spare parts and components for metalworking machines. Overall, the equipment delivered improved the efficiency of the warehouse space by 2.77 times, and the lift significantly accelerated the processes of moving and picking orders. 

Much attention was paid to production safety aspects. Therefore, handrails are installed on each level of the platform along the perimeter. The lift has two levels of safety: a fence with a door on the ground floor and a fence on the lift platform. The fence on the first floor is necessary to prevent people from accidentally getting under the lift when it is on the upper floors. The doors are automatically locked and cannot be opened until the elevator platform is lowered to the first level. The fence on the platform ensures the stability of the cargo during movement.
