Multi tier shelving system design

The design of the light mezzanine is based on the Master rack. Shelves and side restraints are attached to the racks. The shelves are made of metal or chipboard according to the requirements of the technical specifications. The limited loading capacity of the rack necessitates the use of OSB or chipboard boards as overlaps between storage levels.

Forstor Industry manufactures shelving racks, on the basis of which you can assemble light mezzanines up to 3 levels. Racks are produced up to 2500 kg of load capacity, which expands the possibilities of shelving racks and allows you to raise racking cities of thousands of square meters in a very short time.

Access to the upper levels is provided by stairs, options with integrated conveyors or hydraulic lifts are possible. Loading zone is equipped with safety gates.
