Design features of cantilever racking systems
Double-sided cantilever racks are used for storing numerous long products in a small storage area. Such a rack visually resembles two put "back to back" one-sided cantilever racks. The metal structure has high strength, stability and load-bearing capacity. Due to this, two-sided cantilever racks are widely demanded at metal depots, lumberyards, warehouses of pipes and other lengthy goods.
Double-sided cantilever racks are manufactured using C-shaped profile for racks and crossbars, as well as IPN profile for bases. The beams are mounted on the racks by means of hooks. The perforation holes allow to adjust the height of the beam and adjust it to the dimensions of the stored products. Special stopers can be installed on the edges of the beam to prevent products from falling.
Double sided cantilever racks have good corrosion protection — all its elements can be painted with industrial powder-polymer paint or have galvanized version.
