Optimization of rolled metal storage at a hydraulic equipment manufacturer

We were approached by our regular customer from Kharkiv, who specializes in the production of hydraulic equipment. The task was to develop an effective solution for storing long rolled metal products in production that require special storage conditions. Our solution is a double-sided cantilever rack designed to meet the specific dimensions and loads of each item stored on the consoles. This approach ensures optimal use of production space.

Created according to individual parameters, this double-sided cantilever rack has a unique herringbone structure that allows storing rolled metal products of various sizes and shapes, with a gradation of cantilever lengths from 450 to 1550 mm and varying space between levels. This design was thoroughly calculated and manufactured by our engineers to withstand a total load of up to 16 tons and provide easy access to rolled metal products, which is critical for our client's fast and efficient production.
