Equipping a spare parts warehouse

Our customer opened a new spare parts warehouse in Kiev, and he needed an efficient storage system. We developed it – a two-level mezzanine floor deck of the OSB sheets, and shelves made of chipboard. The use of the mezzanine for spare parts storage allowed to use the maximum available space warehouse with no loss in cargo handling speed. At an area of 757 m² we reached twice the useful area of the storage. 

Complex organization of spare parts warehouse

The warehouse was also equipped with a small pallet system for 156 pallet spaces for storing pallets with goods that have just arrived at the warehouse. Packing area was equipped with 3 Master-type shelving units. Our shelves are involved at every stage of warehouse operation: arrival of new goods → their distribution and storage → assembly and shipment of orders.
