Warehouse of spare parts for mining equipment

A distributor of components for mining equipment set us the task of organizing efficient storage of spare parts for special quarry machinery. Given the large number of products and their impressive weight, we installed 22 Profi pallet racks with a maximum load per storage level of 1800 kg.

The system holds 325 pallets and increases the usable storage area to 393 m². Despite the high storage density, the racks for mining equipment are arranged in such a way that the storage vehicles can freely unfold the pallets. A special mesh fence was also installed on the racks to prevent the load from accidentally falling off the pallet and to increase the safety of staff.
