Screw elevator for a medical facility in Uzhhorod

We won a challenging tender, which was held within the ENI JOP project "Hungary-Slovakia-Romania-Ukraine 2014-2020". "Improvement of health care services in social institutions" for the Uzhhorod City Territorial Social Service Center of the Department of Social Policy of the Uzhhorod City Council.

Our task was to provide comfortable and safe movement for people with disabilities between the floors of a new medical facility in Uzhhorod. Considering the building's features, our engineers developed a screw lift with a lifting height of 3800 mm.

The shaft of the lift is made of stainless steel and tempered glass, the platform has dimensions of 1400x1100 mm and can withstand a load of up to 250 kg. The design of the screw lift is characterized by reliability, quietness and a high level of safety, which is most important when it comes to equipment for hospitals and other socially important facilities.
