An efficient and inclusive Nova Poshta branch

We were approached by a construction company that was arranging a new Nova Poshta branch in Poltava. Nova Poshta is the largest non-state postal company in Ukraine. The project had to solve two problems: to provide barrier-free access to the branch for people in wheelchairs and to optimize the processes of receiving goods. We proposed to install two types of lifting equipment:

• A vertical lift at the entrance to the branch;
• A scissor lift for unloading trucks in the warehouse.

The first lift allows people in wheelchairs to enter the branch without any obstacles and use all the company's services without assistance. Such equipment is especially relevant when it is impossible to install a ramp or to arrange an entrance to the premises without stairs.

The second one is a cargo scissor table with a platform equipped with a folding ramp. This allows you to use a regular hydraulic trolley to unload heavy palletized cargo and significantly speed up the process of unloading vehicles. 

This project is an example of an effective combination of technical solutions to optimize the post office's business processes and social responsibility.
