Stationary hydraulic lifts for the supermarket chain

The modern retail world is a highly competitive environment. To ensure the sustainable development of the company, it is crucial to constantly implement technological solutions in all parts of business processes. This is also true for warehouse logistics. By using the latest solutions for equipping warehouse docks, you can significantly optimize the unloading of goods into the supermarket warehouse. This is the result of our cooperation with ATB — the largest supermarket chain in Ukraine. 

We have developed the FS1500-1.5x0.2-2.5x2.0 stationary hydraulic levellers in two platform variations: with angled loading or straight loading. We have manufactured and installed such equipment for stores in Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Nemyr (Vinnytsia region). 

Leveling platforms allow to organize an efficient warehouse dock for unloading trucks with different body heights. A folding ramp is used for a smooth transition of the unloading equipment from the platform to the body. To ensure safety when working on the platform with angular loading, there are folding handrails along its perimeter. The dimensions of the platform allow you to work on it both with conventional hydraulic trolleys and electric stackers.
