Lifting tables for a bakery

We won a tender for optimization of loading processes at one of the largest bread making factories in Ukraine. The task was to ensure fast and safe movement of products from production to the loading area, as well as to optimize the processes of loading/unloading vehicles. To solve this problem, we developed 3 non-standard lifting tables with platform dimensions of 2x2 meters. 

To move goods from the production area to the vehicle loading/unloading area, we developed a scissor lift table with a fence for the safe movement of a hydraulic trolley with cargo. Two more identical lifting platforms with folding ramps were installed in the warehouse dock to optimize the process of receiving and shipping products.

Each lift has a lifting height of 1200 mm and a load capacity of 1500 kg. Light and noise indication ensures an adequate level of safety in a production facility with high traffic and noise levels. The installation of our equipment allowed us to optimize the loading processes and ensure fast movement of goods in the bread production. This helped to increase productivity and reduce the workload on staff.
