Optimizing the production of designer furniture

We were approached by a manufacturing company from the Lviv region specializing in the production of custom-made designer furniture. The task was to optimize production processes — a solution was needed to move raw materials and finished products between the manufacturing facility on the second floor and the loading/unloading area outside the building. We proposed to install a double scissor lift platform, which perfectly fits the requirements.

At first, the client had doubts about the efficiency of scissor lifts. However, we showcased case-studies of equipment already in operation at many facilities, and also reached out to our other clients, who gave their recommendations on the lifts. As a result, the client ordered a double scissor lift for his production facility.

These platforms are not only highly reliable and durable, but also do not require special permits for operation. This approach made it possible to optimize the client's production process and ensure comfortable work for the staff.
