Warehouse platform Profi with shelving racks Master

Our regular customer contacted us with the need to expand one of the warehouses where various plumbing products are stored. We were tasked with not only maximizing the storage space, but also ensuring an efficient workflow in the warehouse. The solution was to integrate the Profi warehouse platform next to the Master light mezzanine. This allowed us to create a two-level warehouse system, where one element of the structure completes the other.

The Profi platform was designed to facilitate easy access to warehouse operations on the bottom level, while providing organized storage on the top level through the installation of Master shelving. The entire structure (platform and mezzanine) covers an area of 110 m², however, the effective storage area is 218 m². At the same time, the first level (under the platform) has 3 working zones for warehouse operations with a total area of 40 m².

The platform and the mezzanine are organized into a single warehouse system, which provided our client with significant space savings and increased warehouse productivity, allowing them to perform tasks such as reloading, packaging and moving with maximum convenience and safety.
