Shelving for a meat processing plant’s supply warehouse

One of our long-standing clients, a leading Ukrainian meat processing company, approached us to supply shelving systems for its general supplies warehouse. The project required high-density storage of inventory, so we recommended installing Master shelving systems.

These systems offer a high safety margin, with a maximum rated load of 400 kg per shelf. The Master shelves are assembled from modular galvanised steel panels and are easy to keep clean. Given the client’s requirements, they were an ideal solution for storing non-food supplies.

By fitting out just 37 m² of warehouse floor space with shelving systems, we provided a total usable shelf area of 151 m². This allowed us to increase the available storage area fourfold. The shelving systems were manufactured with four storage levels and an overall height of 1,920 mm.

The FORSTOR team also carried out the installation of the shelving systems at the client’s facility. The systems were installed in four separate rooms within the general supplies warehouse. Professional turnkey project delivery is an effective way to modernise warehouse storage. The client was fully satisfied with our cooperation.
