Basement lift for a household goods store in Ivano-Frankivsk

A company that supplies classic elevators for various real estate objects, mainly residential buildings, contacted us on the basis of a recommendation. The project was for a household goods store, where the task was to develop a hydraulic lift to move goods from the street to the basement. One of the customer's requirements for the equipment was that the street floor should have a hatch that opens when the lift goes up to the top floor and closes when the lift goes down. We manufactured such lift.

To increase the level of security, the hatch cover is equipped with a magnet that does not allow it to be opened except by raising the lift to the top floor. The same lock is installed on the gate of the lower floor. Thanks to the grating on the platform, the cargo is protected during transportation. The power unit is installed in the pit, so it does not take up additional space. The platform movement is controlled by a remote hoist-type control panel.

The equipment not only provides efficient and fast movement of goods between the basement and the street, but also does not take up space outside the building. In the inactive position, the hatch cover is closed at pavement level.
