A system of cantilever lifts for a finished goods warehouse in Kyiv

When our regular customer decided to open a new product warehouse in Kyiv, he faced a specific challenge: how to optimize the movement of goods between three floors. Knowing that we have extensive experience in this area, he turned to us with this task.

Since the warehouse building already had lift shafts, it was decided to install a set of two cantilever elevators on both sides of the warehouse. Our specialist came to the facility and took the appropriate measurements. The dimensions of the shaft did not allow the installation of standard lifts, so our engineers designed an individual solution for this project: two cantilever lifts with a working stroke of 9000 mm. 

In total, the entire structure, including the pit and the entire height of the mast, reaches 12 meters! The client planned to install doors on each floor, so each lift was equipped with sensors for monitoring the position of the platform, as well as magnetic locks. Therefore, while the platform is moving, the doors will be locked and cannot be opened. To ensure additional safety when moving goods, the platforms are equipped with a fence.
