Highly efficient mezzanine for auto parts

Forstor company has implemented another project for its regular customer — one of the largest distributors of automotive components in Ukraine. To optimize warehouse space in Dnipro, it was proposed to install a two-story lightweight mezzanine based on the Master warehouse shelving. This solution allowed for the most efficient use of the available room height and significantly increased the storage area.

The installed mezzanine is exceptionally efficient: the first floor accommodates 312 levels of shelf storage, while the second floor has 260. The shelves are installed at intervals of 320-455 mm, which is ideal for storing small loads in boxes. The inter-floor ceilings are made of MDF sheets (a total of 120 sheets measuring 1250x2500 mm in two layers). For convenient product sorting, the shelves are equipped with dividers that create separate cells for different types of auto parts.
