Warehouse double-deck mezzanine for sanitary warehouses

We were approached by our regular customer, a supplier of plumbing components, for whom we had previously supplied a storage mezzanine. After being convinced of the efficiency and convenience of the mezzanine for multilevel storage of sanitary ware, the client came to us with a new request for equipment for the warehouse expansion. A double-deck storage system had to be developed for the new warehouse.

We designed a two-level mezzanine on the basis of Master shelving racks. We expanded the mezzanine to an area of 206 m² and achieved a usable storage area of 378 m², which means we almost doubled the storage efficiency. OSB was used for the floor slabs and chipboard for the shelving. This lightweight mezzanine design is ideal for storing relatively light goods in boxes on shelves. This allows not only efficient storage, but also a fast and convenient order picking process.
