Warehouse racks for chipboard sheets

We won a tender for the supply of pallet racks for a client in Bila Tserkva. We have designed and manufactured a system of 20 frontal racks, each of which has 4 storage tiers. On average, 50-70 sheets of chipboard are stored on one tier (depending on thickness), and the maximum possible load is 2000 kg.

Considering the dimensions of the cargo, as well as the need for safe forklift operation in the warehouse, our engineers have designed an efficient layout of the racks in 3 rows. One wall row along the full length of the back wall of the warehouse, a middle doubled row of racks with a passageway, and another wall row at the entrance to the warehouse. The width of the passageway is 3580 mm, and the distance between the rows is 4700 mm, which allows for safe and convenient work in the warehouse with a forklift and other equipment.
