Postal operator warehouse equipment

Forstor won a tender to equip a large logistics hub for the national postal operator, Ukrposhta.The task was to create an efficient storage system for both large palletized loads and packaged items in boxes or containers. Our specialists offered a comprehensive solution: manufacturing and installation of a warehouse system consisting of classic Profi conventional racks and combined pallet-shelf racks.

The racking system is located in two warehouse areas. In the large area, 51 racks are installed: 2 single and one double row. In the small area, 15 racks are arranged in a similar pattern. For the convenience of warehouse equipment operation, arched passages are arranged in the double rows. The distance between rack rows reaches 3300-3400 mm, ensuring comfortable and safe operation of forklift operators with heavy loads. An additional level of safety is achieved by installing individual protectors on each upright and row protection for the racks, which protect the rack from collisions with warehouse equipment.
