Profi conventional racks for logistics warehouse

Our long-standing customer, a logistics operator providing distribution and storage services in warehouses across Ukraine, approached us. The task was to equip a new warehouse complex in Kyiv Region. Our specialists offered a comprehensive solution: project development, manufacture, and installation of a racking system consisting of conventional pallet racks and combined pallet-shelf racks from the Profi series.

The installed system includes one wall-side and two double rows of conventional racks with 3 storage levels each, as well as a row of combined racks where the upper tier is designed for pallet loads and the lower tier for storing piece goods and boxes.

The entire system comprises 21 sections of pallet racks and 4 sections of combined racks with a total capacity of 200 pallet spaces. Each section of the pallet rack accommodates up to 9 pallets, and each storage level can withstand loads of over 3000 kg. For convenient operation of warehouse equipment, the width of inter-rack aisles is 3000 mm. Additionally, each row of racks is equipped with a protective screen to prevent damage from collisions with warehouse equipment.
