Loading platform for a restaurant

We acted as a subcontractor for a construction company from Kiev in the renovation project for restaurant. The customer's site is a fairly popular establishment, where food supplies are often carried out. In order to minimize personnel time spent on loading vehicles, it was decided to install a hydraulic platform for the loading area.

Our job was to design, manufacture and install the lift. It was not possible to install a standard hydraulic lift table due to communication channels that did not allow preparing a sufficiently deep pit. Therefore, we have produced a console docking platform FIS2000-1,3x0,2-2,1х1,50 with a lifting capacity of 2 tons. The main feature of such equipment of the loading zone is that the platform in the lower position becomes level with the floor, while the depth of the pit is only 200 mm.
