Shelving racks Start for cosmetics warehouse

We were contacted by a leading supplier of manicure materials from Dnipro, who needed efficient storage of products in the warehouse. The goods were gel polish bottles, small and medium-sized boxes with manicure accessories. The most efficient way to store such products is shelving. We have developed a warehouse system based on the Start shelving rack, which provides a useful storage area of 390 m².

The system consists of two shelving configurations, each with 60 sections:

• Racks with 11 shelves per section for small-piece goods. The load per shelf is up to 70 kg. The distance between the shelves is 165 mm.
• For goods in boxes — racks with 5 shelves per section. The load per shelf is up to 120 kg. The distance between the shelves is 365 mm.

The modular design of the rack allows you to rearrange the shelves according to the size of the goods and change the number of shelves if necessary.
