Racks for a tableware supplier’s warehouse

One of the leading Ukrainian companies — the official distributor of German tableware in Ukraine — contacted us with an order: they needed to equip a new wholesale warehouse for tableware in Dnipro. The project had to be completed in a short time, taking into account all the requirements for efficient storage of specific goods — heavy packages with fragile contents. Special attention was paid to maximizing the use of space — increasing the payload area was one of the customer's key priorities.

Frontal pallet racking

Our engineers offered an optimal solution — installation of frontal pallet racking Profi with a height of 11.7 m. This allowed us to effectively utilize the entire height of the room and significantly increase the total number of pallet spaces.

Toyota BT Reflex hand trucks

As part of this project, Forstor also supplied two units of material handling equipment for warehouse maintenance — Toyota BT Reflex pallet trucks. This model is designed to handle high shelving (from 6 to 12 meters), so it is easy to maneuver, quickly and accurately moves pallets weighing 800 kg between all levels of the system.

Protection of racks

To ensure structural safety when handling goods and stackers, we installed Profi rack protection on the racks and at the ends of the rows. This minimizes the risk of damage in case of accidental collisions with equipment and extends the service life of the racks.
